At Pure Life, we are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, seals, and accessories.
  • The item is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or order number).
  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or beauty products.
  • Items that have been tampered with, damaged by the customer, or are missing their original packaging, seals, or parts.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer care team:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions. Please do not ship any item back to us before receiving that confirmation.

5. Return Shipping

Pure Life offers free return shipping for all eligible returns within the United Arab Emirates. For returns of non-defective items shipped outside the UAE, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us using the details above. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In most cases the fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed to our courier, it is treated as a return under the terms above.
